Used Items

Listed as Tested Working or Refurbished

All used items are guaranteed not to be DOA (dead on arrival) when listed as working. Any non-working item(s) received must be reported to IM Musical within 7 days of receiving. A return authorization form must be completed and returned with the item(s). Inspection to determine problem will be made upon receipt of returned item(s). Repairable items will be repaired and reshipped. Non-repairable item(s) will become eligible for refund providing no physical changes or repair attempts have been made by purchaser prior to return.

Item(s) damaged in shipping must be reported to IM Musical and the shipping company immediately. An insurance claim and or settlement must be complete before refund is made available to purchaser, depending upon shipper policies for claims.

Item(s) returned for reasons other than physical, mechanical or shipping damage will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

New Items

All new items are guaranteed not to be DOA (dead on arrival). Any non-working item(s) received must be reported to IM Musical within 7 days of receiving. Refunds or repairs will be available in accordance with the manufacturers warranty, providing no physical changes or repair attempts have been made by purchaser prior to return. All original packaging and documentation must be returned with item(s).
